Here's a photo that's probably a bit more dramatic than those I've posted so far. They knocked off the roof covering the porch!! We had kind of figured that they would do this, but weren't 100% certain.We've got the second payment coming up this week - they've done a lot of the work already, so it's time to give them a little more $$ for materials. We've been really pleased so far - especially considering they were initially planning on starting our project this week and they've already finished the roof rebuild, which was a big part.
We're going to sit down this week and discuss where we are in the budgeting and try to break down the remaining costs so that we can make the final decision on the roofing materials. I know it's probably too much to hope for, but I am really really really wanting that red metal roof (I know, there's an echo in here, I've already said that!).

wow. I'm loving these pics of your project. I like to check in everyday and see what's going on. I'm really proud of you in all of this. It's a big undertaking and seems like something that would be big and complicated. I think it's cool to see your great little house coming into it's own. I wish I could help with that red metal roof, I know you really want it. Hope it works out.
WOW, it's coming along mighty fine! I am asking the Lord to give you that red metal roof and Geoff a good car! -- for no other reason than God can do it and He loves to bless His children -- He will do this if it so pleases Him and is in your best interest!
