Double Whammy

In case you're out there wondering, try #1 (out of 4 possible) with the OI/IUI procedure proved unsuccessful. This comes as a shock to anyone who had heard the details along the way because everything looked to be so promising. The news hits as a double whammy due to the fact that if the first pregnancy had not ended in a miscarriage, we would be delivering the week of Thanksgiving. I was really hoping to be able to counter that memory with the joy of a new pregnancy, but once again it's not meant to be. But as my husband says, if at first you don't succeed, try, try again...
