Tessa's 1st Birthday
Cousin Tessa celebrated her 1st birthday today. Not the best pictures in the world - the subjects were in constant motion, but I thought I would share the few pictures I had with those in the Hallquist/Ingram clan who might enjoy them. (Didn't intentionally not get pictures of Claire, but she was very busy the whole time we were there).
Dressing Up in Style
Stitting on "Seymour Green" - our resident enormous frog
Watching Daddy go back to work after lunch
Always in the middle of everything - that's what little sisters are for, right?
Cheese (love the one sock on, one sock off)
Believe it or not, that is just one big lunch-time yawn
Heading home from the doctor and slap worn out
My girls are masters of looks these days - here's a doozie of one from Claire
Toothy grin - tell me that she doesn't look like her daddy in this picture!
Wallowing in mommy's bed after nap - a favorite time of day
Evie says the only thing the Auburn Cheerleader costume is missing is a hat
It was dressup madness the other day - here's the pirate and the cheerleader/southern belle
Evie begged to wear the tiger suit, then changed her mind
No joke, Claire says to me: "Mommy, I need something to wrap around my mouth and nose to keep the dirt and dust out while I ride my horse." She remembered that this was the function of a bandana but couldn't remember the word bandana. Amazing.

Scroll Back
I put up four or five posts all in one day, so if you haven't been on the blog in awhile, scroll all the way back! There are ultrasound pictures of Buddy that start the day's posts. Sorry for the delay and all the posts, but I just figured I better take care of as many posts as I could while I could...
Easter and Beyond
The order of these photos got all mixed up in loading, but they're all taken in the 1st two weeks of April.

Easter Egg Hunt at Nini's house with cousin Sara
Playing the piano with Sara
Ready for church - the girls went with us on Palm Sunday to hear Aunt Gini sing
At Evie's 15 month check-up. She is in the 85th percentile on weight, and 60th on height, and the doctor says Evie is her favorite 15 month old ever.
Playtime with Daddy
Silly sister wrestling
Tuckered out after a trip to the farm for Easter dinner
My girls are both wallowers. This picture was taken about a minute before she slid all the way off the chair onto her head. This being a common occurence in our house, there was no crying or anything. She just did a momentary headstand, picked herself back up and went right back to her wallowing.
A day without swing time is wasted in Evie's opinion
Finally took Evie for her 1 year pictures to be made (yes, I know she's 15 months). We managed to get ONE picture where she was still enough and smiley enough to go with it. She just refuses to be still and wasn't very cooperative that day.
Nani Goes to the Zoo
Nani came for a visit and we went to the Montgomery zoo - something I had wanted to do before Buddy's arrival but certainly couldn't do by myself. We had a great time. Evelynn liked the rhinoceros - she giggled every time he would flick his ears. Claire had a blast with Nani in Parakeet Cove where they got to feed the birds. Nani also brought them a trampoline and we had some good fun with cousins, but as is generally the case when we are all together, we were all too busy to take pictures!
